​A practiced paladin and watchful warden, Katsutoshi commands a blend of magic and martial skill through his Might. Self-assured and overly confident, the man believes himself to be the epitome of order within his City, possibly even beyond. He always seems to be watching you, and with great attention to detail.

 

Even when he asks you questions, he carries himself as if he had already known - asking was simply the formality. A gracious host of sorts within his City, he would prefer you not leave - 'you are safest, here' after all.

 

Despite the hard edged approach, there is genuine interest from him, no matter how twisted it could possibly seem.
