"Share Your Lore" Giveaway Official Rules

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

  2. Eligibility: Open only to those with X (Twitter) accounts. Void where prohibited by law.

  3. Benefactors (Sponsors): The giveaways are sponsored by the listed individuals above. Information about "Share Your Lore" Benefactors can be found at this page: https://elysiantower.com/giveaway-benefactors.

  4. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules.

  5. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted starting on January 1st, 2026 @ 12:00PM CT and ending on January 24th, 2026 @ 11:59PM CT.

  6. How to Enter: Must like and repost the designated giveaway post by each benefactor. Entry to one giveaway is separate from others. A like and repost is only recorded for that specific benefactor and does not mean entry to all other giveaways. In order to participate in all giveaways, all benefactor posts must be individually liked and reposted. To find a X (Twitter) post, click on a card above or at: https://elysiantower.com/giveaway-benefactors. 

  7. Prizes: The winner(s) will receive the prize listed on the benefactor card. Approximate Retail Value varies but remain under $600 each. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Benefactor's discretion. If at any point the prize value is $600 or more, the Giveaway Benefactor will be responsible for issuing an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and the IRS. 

  8. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing during the "Share Your Lore" livestream on January 25th, 2026 at www.twitch.com/rinazathorn. Winners will be notified via X (Twitter) direct messages within 7 days following selection.

  9. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you understand and agree that the Benefactor and Event Hosts (Elysian Tower members)  may use your name, likeness, and entry for news, publicity, or promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  10. Social Media Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (Twitter). 

  11. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated below.

  4. 4. Data Retention
    Personal information of non-winners will be deleted within [e.g., 60 days] of the prize being awarded. Winner information is retained as required for tax and legal compliance.
